Apart from that, it also offers beard cuts to keep you looking well-kept. That said, we have to give it a top score for ‘Additional Services’. 

Did we mention that it offers student discounts? Just keep in mind that this is only available on Mondays through Fridays and with a valid ID. 

You can book an appointment online or give it a ring to let the shop know you’ll be stopping by. It accepts walk-ins, too, but since it’s located in the city center it may be difficult to get seated right away.

Moving on to cons, we do think that it may be a cause for concern for some that it has quite a small team. So, its barbers can only see a certain number of clients per day.

What caught our eye about Safe Hands Barbers was that its clients won’t stop raving about its services all over the internet.

To boot, the folks down there are friendly and professional. You should expect to get a great conversation and cut by the end of your appointment. 

Speaking of, while it does accept walk-in customers, it’s important to keep in mind that since it’s quite popular you shouldn’t get your hopes up that you’ll be able to land a seat. 

That said, schedule your appointments early to ensure that you’ll be seen ASAP. However, we were a wee disappointed that it doesn’t have an online booking system, so you’ll have to call in. 

We also noticed that its website could use a bit of updating since it lacks info on the services offered and a price list. This could be of use to potential customers looking to see what Safe Hands Barbers has to offer. 

On a brighter note, we thought that it’s worth highlighting that it has 2 shops in Glasgow – one down Millie St. and one at Parnie St. So, you can stop by whichever is closest to you.

Did we mention that it offers cutting and styling services for individuals under 16? We find this worth highlighting as only a few barbers offer this service for young adults. 

Aside from that, it also has a line of hair care products that it uses on its clients. You can even purchase these in the shop to add to your own personal hair care routine.

This barber shop earns another point in terms of convenience as it’s open daily and as late as 8 PM on certain days.

What we like about Nineteen XIX is that its barbers are willing to take on nearly any kind of hairstyle or cut clients are asking from them. This includes crazy fade designs, pops of color, and more.
