It’s quite a bummer that his pricing isn’t openly listed, so you’ll need to phone him to request a quote. On the bright side, his punctuality and reliability more than make up for it. If Malcolm says he’ll be there, you can count on it. 

Do keep in mind that Malcolm’s a one-man team, which means he’s often booked out. While there is a waiting period, he does his best to fit his clients in whenever possible, especially as he’s open daily.

What stood out most about KSA 24 Renovations was their attention to detail and honesty. We gave them a ring, Krys popped over to assess the work, and sent us a quote within a few days. 

We appreciated how he clearly explained what was realistic for the project and what wasn’t, ensuring that we’ve set reasonable expectations. Once he turned up at the place, he absolutely nailed it!

Actually, he did too well of a job, as he finished earlier than scheduled, which is definitely not something you see every day, leaving us genuinely impressed. 

Hence, it’s no surprise that he’s been recognised for his work, and many customers we spoke with were all in praise of the results!

And while KSA 24 offers a wide range of services, being closed on weekends can make it tricky to book a slot. Nevertheless, Krys does his best to accommodate tight deadlines and urgent projects. It’s still best to book ahead, however.

Despite being the youngest names in the game with just over 5 years of experience, JK Improvement Ltd shouldn’t be underestimated. This family-run business has already established itself in decorative plastering, capable of taking on complex projects. 

Add to that their wide range of services, and you’ve got a team that’s hard to overlook. Speaking of, we also couldn’t help but notice their attention to detail; the team spotted and tackled issues we hadn’t even noticed ourselves.

On the flip side, they’re not as time-tested compared to more established contractors. Even so, their growing reputation suggests they’re on the right track. Plus, they hold relevant registrations and certifications, which also instill more confidence.

While they’re only open on weekdays, we appreciate their adaptability. They’ll tackle a variety of job sizes, inside or out, without any fuss.
