Aside from their versatility, we also liked how reliable they were. Even on projects with tight deadlines, they maintained prompt communication, listened to feedback, provided clear guidance, and ensured everything stayed on track. 

Another plus is their ability to capture brand identity well. We noted how they easily translate ideas into compelling designs, based on their case studies.

However, we noticed that their creativity leans more toward professional polish, rather than fun and artsy, which may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

The agency is known for its personalised service, as you get to work directly with the decision-maker himself. This also ensures seamless communication and stronger alignment from start to finish.

But here’s the hitch: as a small company, their capacity might be limited. On the upside, their proven track record shows they’re more than capable of handling projects efficiently and delivering high-quality results.

We also found their technical skills impressive, ranging from custom packaging to fully developed web components. This breadth of skill means they can handle every stage of a project in-house, which isn’t just convenient but also ensures consistency and quality.

However, their rates aren’t the cheapest. Even then, however, you’re getting what you’re paying for–polished work and client satisfaction. 

Given their high standards and selective approach, we weren’t surprised that their capacity is also limited, with some projects needing longer lead times to complete.
