So far, the only bumps we’ve encountered are that they don’t offer free initial conversations. Aside from that, they’re closed a tad earlier on Fridays, which isn’t too bad.

On the bright side, they do have a questionnaire up on their website where clients’ answers can help determine where they stand regarding their situation. We think this extra is quite beneficial in helping them identify their succeeding steps.
