Even so, her stellar reputation has proven us wrong. In fact, our favourite thing about Susan is her personalised and client-centred approach to accounting.

Speaking of, we were impressed to find that she offers annual financial checks for schools, which we don’t see quite often. To boot, they’ll even receive a financial report and completion certificate. 

But here’s the hitch: Teresa operates her firm by herself. While we admire her capabilities, we fear that this could affect her ability to accomplish tasks, especially during busy seasons.

Even so, it’s worth mentioning that Teresa employs a few accounting software solutions to help make things run smoother.

We think it’s important to note that her firm closes a tad earlier than most. So, this may bring up accessibility issues.

So, they’re a solid choice for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships looking for a full-service accountant.

It’s also worth highlighting that their accountants regularly attend seminars and certification courses. 

We think this gives clients confidence in the fact that their staff are regularly updated with any developments as far as laws and regulations are concerned. 

It’s also great that they’re adept in a few accounting software such as Sage, though we’d like to see a tad more variety. 

On the other hand, if you prefer the old-fashioned way such as through spreadsheets, they can accommodate your preferences.

However, we did think that it’s a tad disappointing that they don’t offer personal accounting services. 

So if you’re looking for assistance with self-assessment tax returns, you may want to consider the other entries on our list instead.

We were also pleasantly surprised that their opening hours are a tad longer than most firms. On the same note, we also appreciate the convenience of their online booking system.

Having mentioned these, we don’t think there will be any concerns regarding availability.
