Several patients, however, reported the rude behaviour of the clinic’s receptionist. One experienced the receptionist hanging up on him multiple times, which is troubling.

The bedside manner of the staff also needs to be improved. For instance, when a patient kept bringing up the pain he felt after a procedure, the dentist kept brushing him off, which made him change clinics.
