We also like how much control the app gives you. You can see where your driver is in real time, get text alerts when they’re close, and manage your trip directly. 

The app also lets you add stops, schedule return journeys, or share your ride info with someone else via “Buddy” tracking, great if you’re travelling late or in rough weather.

But we feel iffy after hearing a few complaints about drivers cancelling without notice or showing up late. Even so, the fact that plenty of people still book with them regularly says a lot. Despite the hiccups, they remain a reliable option for many.
