Sadly, customers have mentioned the long wait times they had to endure. For instance, some of them had to wait five whole weeks just for a simple fitting.

Some customers also experienced no-shows during scheduled appointments. Whether the wait was two hours or two weeks (yes, some customers actually experienced this!), we think this is quite unprofessional and needs immediate addressing.

There were also complaints regarding the skills of the installers. We received various reports from previous customers –  from walls being damaged to rollers not functioning properly. 

We do hope they take the time to train their installers in terms of proper installation and time management. 

Another solid option for your window blinds needs is Bill’s Blinds. This shop offers a one-year guarantee on all products, which we think is sufficient.

We are impressed by their fast turnaround time for fittings. Customers reported that the process took less than a week – from the initial meeting to the actual fitting of the blinds.

What’s great about this window blinds shop is their very helpful consultants. Based on what we’ve heard, they were always ready to drop off samples, send pictures, and answer any queries the customers had.

Do note that they only have four types of blinds: Venetian, shutters, vertical blinds, and Roman blinds. So, you would need to fall in love with one of these or try another shop.

There were also reports of delivery and installation issues, which we think are very inconvenient. Some customers received the wrong types and sizes of blinds while others had concerns about the quality of the installation.

We were also dismayed by reports of customers paying for deposits but not receiving any service at all. This is not a good way to do business, and we do hope that management has already made the necessary amends to appease the clients.

Some also asked for refunds but were apparently ignored by management. Even though they agreed to provide refunds over the phone, they kept delaying it until the customers gave up.

We believe that if they conscientiously work on these issues, they’ll be able to provide a great customer experience for their clients.
