It’s also great that they’re communicative throughout the entire project. We appreciate how strictly they enforce video and photo reports, which is indicative of their efforts to keep their customers constantly informed of all progress.

We were also delighted to hear from many of their past clients that the team works at a high standard, often willing to do some extra work at no additional pay so that their work is up to their personal criteria.

That said, interested customers may encounter booking difficulties given how popular the team is. Hence, it’s no surprise they’re often fully booked and work daily. 

It’s also worth noting that they have 24-hour emergency roof repair services available. We think this will surely come in handy for many Edinburgh locals since most emergencies are time-sensitive.

We were impressed that MRS Roofing Services Edinburgh provides a 10-year warranty on all of their completed work. To us, this indicates how much confidence they have in their service quality. 

Even so, we have not heard any reports of customers needing that warranty. MRS has been in the industry for over 30 years, so it’s safe to know their way around good roofing work. 

Though, we also appreciate the high level of protection that this gives their customers. So, should anything need repair work done, customers won’t have to worry about taking money out of their pockets.
