- Pricing information is readily available
- Clinic has a comfortable spa-like ambiance
- Offers 10% student discount on all treatments along with packages and payment plans

Cons

- May encounter booking difficulties due to popularity
The Ministry of Laser was founded by its senior practitioner, Liz Rodgers. With a wealth of experience and knowledge in beauty therapy, Liz improved her qualifications by becoming accredited in using medical-grade lasers.
We were impressed that they use the Cynosure Elite Plus Laser for their treatments. By using the most advanced technology available, we clearly see the value they put into their work in ensuring client satisfaction.
We also like the clinic’s calming ambiance, given its spa-like aesthetic. So, it’s no surprise that many of its regulars feel relaxed and comfortable getting their treatments done here.
In our opinion, their fees are quite competitively priced, so clients shouldn’t expect to break the bank here. We were happy to see that they offer 10% student discounts, packages, and payment plans, making their services as affordable as possible.
They also operate on a pay-as-you-go basis, so clients can simply pay for whichever service they consumed for the day. Clients can also avail of their free consultations to resolve any lingering questions or clarifications.
Per session, their facial treatments start from £25 (sideburns) to £49 (full face). Meanwhile, their body treatments begin at £45 (underarms) to £140 (Hollywood, underarms & lower legs).
We were just bummed that they’re only operational from Tuesdays to Saturdays. Since they’re also quite popular, clients may experience booking difficulties.

Pros
- One of Europe’s leading medical aesthetics clinic with over 65 clinics
- Uses Cynosure medical-grade laser for their treatments
- Pricing information is readily available
- Affordable rates and offers limited-offer sales and payment plans
- Open daily and until late
- Free consultation
Cons
- Minor complaints about poor patient care and staff behaviour
- Different aesthetician each session
Most noteworthy about the Thérapie Clinic is that it’s one of the leading medical aesthetic clinics in Europe, with more than 65 clinics that have administered over 10 million FDA-approved treatments across the country.
In a doctor-led clinic, patients are assured of a high level of competence and skill from their practitioners. Patients can also enjoy a free consultation to receive medical advice on skin concerns.
It’s also worth noting that their team uses the most advanced technology in the market, Cynosure medical-grade lasers, for their treatments. So, it’s no surprise that many of their past patients raved about the great results from the treatments here.
We appreciate their efforts to make their services accessible to most of their patients. On top of very affordable rates, they also offer several limited-offer sales and payment plans.
They also give customers Thérapie Credit as a reward for their purchases. Credit earned can be used on future treatments, bringing costs down even further.
Hence, we definitely have to give it to them in terms of affordability, especially for the level of care patients receive.
As for accessibility, it’s handy that they’re open daily and until late. So, clients can come in virtually any time of the day, whether before lunch or after a day at work.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed to have received word of poor patient care from their staff. Specifically, many of their patients complained about poor behaviour and rude attitudes, which disappointed them.
It may also not be everyone’s cup of tea that they have different aestheticians each session. In our opinion, this could affect the consistency of quality control.

Pros
- 25+ years in the industry
- UK’s leading skin and hair specialist with multiple awards
- Use Soprano Platinum and Soprano Titanium machines for their treatments
- Operational from Mondays through Saturdays until 8 PM
Cons
- No free initial consultation
- Pricing information isn’t readily available
The Este Medical group is one of the UK’s leading hair and skin specialists, with over 25 years of industry experience.
Apart from that, they’re a top-notch multi-awarded healthcare facility employing over 300 practitioners, which we think greatly helps them give patients the best care.
What we love about their laser hair removal services is that they use Soprano Platinum and Soprano Titanium machines for their treatments. When in contact with the skin, they feel ice-cold which helps boost comfort and reduce pain.
After a while, it heats up a bit, finishing the treatment by eliminating the hair follicle and stopping future hair growth.
To boot, there’s virtually no downtime either. So, clients can resume their daily activities as if nothing happened.
They’re also quite accessible, given that they’re operational from Mondays through Saturdays until 8 PM. In our opinion, this makes getting treatment easy for those with busy schedules.
Though, we think that detail for improvement would be that they have their pricing information readily available on their website. This way, interested patients already have a glimpse of the cost of their services.
We were also quite saddened that they don’t offer free consultations. In our opinion, this is a great way for their practitioners to ease patients’ nerves and answer any questions.

Pros
- Doctor-led clinic
- Founder and the lead doctor is a globally recognised specialist in aesthetic medicine
- Use the Gmax Pro laser machine
- Employ the IPL (intense pulsed light) method
- Ideal for both fair and dark-skinned patients
- Pricing information is readily available
- Reasonably priced
Cons
- Consultations aren’t free unless patients undergo treatment
- Few reports of discrepancies between pricing information on their website and the quotes given by practitioners
The Ever Clinic was founded by Dr. Cormac, a globally recognised aesthetic medicine specialist with a wealth of experience and skill.
Aside from practising, he’s also an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Barts & The Royal London School of Medicine, specialising in skin laser and dermatology.
Did you know that they’re the only clinic on the West Coast to use the Gmax Pro laser machine? This advanced technology is even the preferred laser of the NHS.
For inclusivity’s sake, it’s worth highlighting that they use IPL (intense pulsed light), which ensures the most effective treatment for both fair and dark-skinned patients.
We also think that they’re quite reasonably priced. Upper lip treatment costs £35, underarms at £50, Hollywood at £110, half leg at £150, and full leg at £180.
However, we were a tad iffy about reports of discrepancies between pricing information on their website and the quotes given by practitioners at their clinic. So, we hope that they get their fees sorted out to avoid further confusion.
We were impressed that the initial consultations were done by Dr. Cormac or his colleagues, Dr. Shaw or Nicola. In our opinion, this gives interested patients more reassurance given that they’re talking to the experts themselves.
Remember that while they aren’t free and require a £30 deposit at the time of booking, they’re redeemable against the cost of treatment.

Pros
- Open daily and until late
- Free initial appointment
- Use Candela GentleLase Pro and GentleYag Pro
- Treatments are remarkably affordable
- Ideal for both fair and dark-skinned patients
- Pricing information is readily available
Cons
- Some issues concerning inconsistent attention to detail
- Some issues regarding cancelled appointments due to double booking
What’s great about Laser Clinics United Kingdom is that it specialises in laser hair removal for both men and women.
They utilise medical grade Candela GentleLase Pro, which is best for clients with fair complexions and dark hair, and GentleYag Pro, which is best for clients with dark complexions.
We like the inclusivity of their options as they have a treatment choice for clients with varying complexions. To boot, both treatments ensure the highest level of effectivity and optimal results.
We also like that they consider safety, ensuring that all medical practitioners undergo world-class training and education.
While this should guarantee consistent results, our expectations fell short because of complaints of inconsistent attention to detail. Specifically, some past clients made remarks about how some technicians would focus on more or fewer areas compared to their colleagues.
Their treatment areas include the face, neck, back, underarms, stomach, legs, and more.
In our opinion, their laser treatment is remarkably affordable, with their cheapest treatment starting at £9 (underarms) and the most expensive at £339 (full body) per treatment.
To boot, they also have sales, packages, and deals, increasing their services’ affordability.
We don’t think accessibility will be an area of concern either since they’re open daily and until late, which makes them a viable choice for busy people.
However, they are quite popular, so there have been instances of canceled appointments due to double booking. Understandably, a few clients have reported awful experiences because of this.
