Fences Glasgow lives up to its simple name as it offers residential and commercial fencing. They specialize in privacy, picket, modern horizontal, security, ornamental fences, and more. 

Another plus is that they also do maintenance and repairs for all types of fences—a cost-effective solution if you’re not planning on a full-blown project. Judging from what we’ve heard, clients have greatly appreciated and benefited from their repair services.

Their speedy installations are convenient, too. They can easily finish a standard residential fencing project in a day without compromising workmanship and quality.

We also love that you can work out a suitable finance plan for yourself to get the ball moving on your fencing project. Their team is happy to help you figure something out.

What stood out to us the most about McIntyre Fencing is that they’re a good partner if you’re not used to it or just starting on a new fencing project. They take out the stress of going through different materials and planning since they even offer free design services.

On that note, you can also rely on them for other services, such as landscaping and decking. If you think about it, it’s quite the perfect trio if you want to spruce up your place—no need to hire different contractors for each service.

The clients we chatted with were also impressed by the team’s efficiency in getting the job done, like removing old or damaged fences and swiftly switching them with new ones. Bonus points for keeping things tidy and free from those unflattering holes or messes.

However, we did note some reports of unresponsiveness, particularly with unreturned calls or forgotten quotation requests. Still, McIntyre Fencing is a solid choice, especially if it’s your first time planning on this sort of project.

Its perfect pairing is their range of delivery options, such as standard delivery (1-5 days) and their specific day delivery. Another big win is that they offer same-day deliveries as long as it’s ordered before 10 AM—great for last-minute requests or emergencies.

And hats off to them for providing seamless transactions with their online shopping system and the delivery itself. Their workers are helpful and mindful of products—you can expect them to reach you in good condition and have it dropped off or installed without a hitch.

The only catch? Installation will cost you extra, not an arm and leg, but conditions like ground type, removal needs, and site requirements can add up and bring your total costs up. Nonetheless, their quality services and deliveries are worth considering.

Just as their name says, Timber Fences Glasgow & Ayrshire has a knack for providing and installing garden timber fencing. And you can easily browse through some of their work on their website.

They supply, deliver, install, manufacture, and repair multiple types of fencing, rails, ranch, trellis, and more. In other words, they’re experienced in handling various (or even all) types of wooden fencing you may have or want to have on your property. 

It also means that they focus more on timber or wooden materials, though. If you’re looking to install steel or other types of fencing materials, then this might not be the best choice for you.

On the bright side, clients are happy with the results of Timber Fences’ work—it’s on time, it’s durable, and it’s clean. Lastly, it’s worth mentioning that their prices and quotes are affordable, which is a pleasant surprise given the extent and high-quality jobs they deliver.
