I recently reached out to Forazzi Bathrooms while helping a relative plan a bathroom upgrade in their Glasgow flat. From the start, their communication was sharp and professional.

The guy I spoke with over the phone was very accommodating and his practical insights and product knowledge were helpful. He visited the flat, measured the space, and offered design advice tailored to the layout—especially helpful in a long, narrow tenement bathroom.

I liked how transparent he was about the costs and timeframes. The follow-up email was packed with fitting options, and the team stayed in touch as I narrowed things down.

Forazzi offers a range of services—plumbing, tile work, flooring, drywall, and fixture installation. Their partnerships with brands like Porcelanosa and Omnitub show they don’t cut corners on quality.

Their reputation on Checkatrade and Houzz also impressed me more.

That said, their pricing leans toward the higher end, which might give you a pause if you’re on a tight budget.

“The Forazzi team did a great job creating a stylish guest shower room, in a challenging small space, in a top floor tenement.  The project was delivered to my exact specifications, in a timely manner. I was particularly worried about a section of unstable floor substrate, due to a previous leak with the old shower. However the knowledge and experience of Greg, the lead installer, meant this was able to be overcome with an effective, solid solution. Great communication with Chris and the friendly on-site team throughout the project, who tidied everything down after each shift. The quality of the work has eclipsed other fitters I’ve used over the years. Snags were also addressed and rectified quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“The prospect of refitting this bathroom was daunting, a 1930’s house and the bathroom itself at least 40 years old with wood panelling throughout, giving away no secrets of what we may find beneath. Initial video call and follow up face to face with Chris were immediately reassuring, he gave me confidence it was possible and outlined my options with respect to my budget.  Communication throughout the project was great. Workmanship was excellent, standards of everyone involved were high and no shortcuts or compromises made. Pricing was clear and optional extras clearly set out so no nasty surprises. I stopped by The Bathroom Company Glasgow’s showroom after hearing their name pop up in nearly every local renovation chat group. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious this wasn’t just a tile-and-tub sales space.

Their staff were friendly but not pushy—ready to chat, listen, and offer ideas that fit my space, not just sell flashy upgrades. One of the designers even sketched a quick layout based on the dimensions I gave them, which helped me visualise my options.

They’ve got an in-house crew covering everything from plumbing to tiling, which cuts out the chaos of dealing with different trades. You also get one main point of contact managing the whole project.

It’s a cleanup setup, and I appreciated their structure. However, I heard from some of their clients that their availability might stretch out longer, especially during their busier times.

One thing that might throw you off at first with We Love Your Projects is their weekend availability—or lack of it. They’re closed Saturdays and Sundays, which made scheduling my initial consultation a bit inconvenient.

But once we locked in a weekday appointment, things picked up smoothly. The consultation itself was well-organised and refreshingly practical.

Without being pushy she went through a range of splash back designs, showers, toilets, sinks and flooring.  The bathroom fitters were brand new, very easy to converse with and knowledgable about plumbing and fittings, kept me up to date through the entire process. They had to improvise with the layout as the sales rep had gave them a drawing of a perfectly square bathroom. But mine has a curvature, which meant that they had to box that part in and order a slightly smaller shower tray. They also removed the pull cord for the light and installed a light switch. My bathroom was a dark and dingy grey with superficial cracks in the paint work, originally I had a shower/bath. Now I have a shower and my bathroom is light, airy, modern and immaculate. “Can’t praise this company and its staff highly enough. Kirsty came out and helped me plan and design my new bathroom, was full of great ideas and completely transparent about costs. Roy and Thomas came out a few days later to do the work. They were professional and friendly and I reckon they left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. There was minimal disruption and they kept me up to date with what they were doing. The bathroom took two days to complete which I was delighted about. Finally, this company send out someone to inspect the work and make sure its done to your satisfaction. Definitely recommend them.”
