The Edinburgh Air Conditioning Company was recommended to me by our HR, who told us that this company installed our office’s AC unit. Our office is always cool and has never had any issues with heating whatsoever, so we decided to reach out to them.

We were pleased to discover that they also offered residential services and that they have an in-depth process for installations. 

They told us that they don’t have fixed rates and would usually take the clients’ budget ranges and needs into close consideration. It also helps that they offer free quotations!

We also spoke to previous clients, and they spoke highly of their services. One thing they commonly highlighted was the turnaround time, stating how the quickness of the service didn’t disrupt their daily routine.

They were also pleased with the results, which led them to continue using the company’s repair and maintenance services to this day.

The only thing they could improve is their customer service’s responsiveness.

B-DACS Ltd was one of our top prospects because of their call-out and repair services. They offer these services 24/7, and they even cater to customers who didn’t receive installation services from them, making them the guys to call when you’re in a pickle.

Their workers are also incredibly skilled. We interviewed those who availed of this repair service, and they shared how impressed they were when the worker meticulously found the root of the problem and worked promptly to repair it.

However, what caught our attention the most about this company is its in-depth design services. They tailor-fit each system based on the clients’ designated space, whether it be a commercial building or a small home.

We also reached out to their previous clients, and they told us how they had zero regrets because of the workers. From coming in on time to cleaning up after themselves, these skilled workers are as professional as they come.

However, we did notice that their online presence isn’t as established. Plus, they only have a handful of testimonials online, which could affect potential clients’ decision-making.

Commercial Temperature Solutions Ltd. caught our attention because they offered services beyond installations and air-conditioner services. For instance, they also cater to any issues regarding refrigerators and heaters.

Their AC installation services are top-notch as well. Previous customers shared how pleased they were with the speed of their unit installation and the high quality of the workmanship.

Moreover, they appreciated how courteous these professionals were, showing up on time and cleaning up all the messes made during the installation.

We also appreciate how the company provides free quotations for their services via phone calls. Another plus? They’re quick to answer!

Lastly, the company also offers 24/7 emergency services. Although we haven’t tried this ourselves, regulars have told us how reliable this service is, noting how fast they’re able to send a worker on site after a phone call.

Our only gripe here is the slightly expensive price range.

GMA Air Conditioning Ltd’s 25+ years of experience immediately cemented our confidence in their services. Surely enough, we were right, as their previous clients spoke highly of them during our interviews, particularly regarding their workers.

One of the takeaways from our interviews was the friendliness of these workers. Some clients even noted how they were given tips on how to better take care of their AC units on their own, even if it meant it may cause them their next maintenance appointment.

They were also noted as being prompt, as they were never late for any appointment, and they were able to finish their tasks in record time.

We were also impressed with the variety of services they offered outside of air-conditioning. A prime example of this is their indoor air quality testing, which aims to optimise the client’s living conditions inside their homes/offices.

The only thing they could improve upon is their availability, as they’re only open on weekdays at the time of writing.

We also interviewed homeowners who availed of their AC installation services, and they further reiterated the company’s high-quality workmanship. They mainly highlighted how seamless their AC system looked and how quick the overall process was.

Speaking of process, they follow a smooth flow that starts with their representative assessing the homeowner’s space before recommending a system/model. We were also pleased to discover that they offered free quotations for potential customers.

The company also offers 24/7 support via their phones and online channels. Plus, they have a dedicated team for emergencies.

One thing they could improve, however, is their online presence, as the company doesn’t seem legit from the get-go because their testimonials are pretty sparse. Furthermore, we have to mention that their location is a bit far from the city centre.
