One thing that caught our attention is how they stand on business when it comes to lime mortar. We learned that they take the time to match the correct mortar strength and colour, which is crucial for older Edinburgh buildings.

Now, we did come across some frustrations from other clients regarding slow responses and follow-up actions to concerns. You’ll probably have to call first thing or get a direct line with your contractor to avoid delays. 

Even so, it’s worth mentioning that they’re a solid contact for both small repairs and large jobs. Think wall rebuilding, stone steps, chimney work, and quick repairs—a big plus if you don’t need complex services.
