The 5 Best Wedding Planners in Scotland Who Make Every Moment Picture Perfect

  • Service Flexibility: We searched for planners who offer different packages, so couples can pick what's right for them. Whether you just need a little advice or full event planning, flexibility makes all the difference.

  • Local Expertise: Knowing the ins and outs of Scotland's wedding venues and suppliers was a top priority. We favoured planners with local connections, as they can find the best vendors and handle tricky logistics with ease.

  • Communication and Support: Getting married can be stressful, so we really valued planners who keep couples in the loop. The best teams use online portals or set up check-ins to make sure everyone's on the same page.

  • Pricing Clarity: We looked for companies that are upfront about their fees. It's much easier on couples when planners clearly explain their prices, so there aren't any surprises along the way.

Planning a wedding can get overwhelming fast, especially if you’re dreaming of celebrating in a beautiful destination or just don’t have the time to juggle all the details.

That’s why finding the best wedding planner in Scotland is such a game-changer. With the right planner by your side, you’ll have someone you can trust to handle venue styling, budget management, and all those tricky timelines.

To make things easier, we’ve put together a guide that’ll help you find the perfect planner for your vision. Keep reading to meet the teams who’ll make sure your big day is stress-free and truly unforgettable!

Customer Reviews

Very attentive, organized, and detail-oriented

We knew that having a wedding Scotland was going to be very challenging to plan all that way from LA. Luckily, we found Mercedes at Scarlett and Bell.

She was very attentive, organized, and detailed oriented. Mercedes made sure that we were on track for our June wedding. Coordinating with vendors, caterers, florist, and entertainers felt seamless.

Joanne and I couldn’t ask for a better wedding planner. Having Mercedes help plan our wedding was the best decision we made. Our special day was perfect thanks to Mercedes and Scarlett and Bell.

It made wedding planning exciting and fun

I can’t explain how incredible Scarlett & Bell was during our power hour session! I highly recommend their services to anyone getting married. We are from the USA and are planning a destination wedding in Scotland so meeting with Mercedes was incredibly helping and reassuring. It made wedding planning exciting and fun! Mercedes came to the session having reviewed the Pinterest boards I sent, my long list of questions, and had reviewed the websites of some of our vendors. She packed so much information, advice and research into our short session. I cannot imagine a better wedding planner!

She made our venue look exactly as we wanted it

Lynsay was absolutely wonderful as our wedding decoration planner! She made our venue look exactly as we wanted it, and made our vision come to life. Honestly, I don’t think we could’ve ever done it without her: she knows exactly what she’s doing and she will communicate with you perfectly and remain flexible through the process. I couldn’t recommend more!

Would highly recommend

Lynsay was fantastic from the very beginning when planning our wedding decor. She was flexible, friendly and listened to what was important to us. The table decor, welcome sign and flower arrangements were all beautiful and just what we had imagined. Would highly recommend! Thank you

4. Clementine & Co

clementine-co

Website:http://www.clementineweddingsandevents.com/

Address: 8 Buccleuch Ct, Dunblane

Contact: +44 7526 296975 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Clementine & Co offers a high-touch, “feeling-led” planning service for luxury and destination weddings, and they keep their client list small so the founder can stay hands-on throughout.

Their packages go way beyond the basics, covering things like custom venue sourcing, mood boards, and colour palettes. They even coordinate all the details for multi-day events and guests!

This dedication means your wedding truly reflects your style and vision, right down to the atmosphere.

When we attended a wedding they organised last summer, we were seriously impressed by their attention to detail, since everything looked and felt flawless.

On the flip side, because they only take on a limited number of clients a year, you’ll need to book early, especially if your timeline is tight. Also, their minimum fee puts them out of reach for couples working with a smaller budget.

Pros

  • Full design direction and mood board creation
  • Includes private online portal for timelines
  • On-site event management led by the founder
  • Coordinates extended multi-day guest logistics

Cons

  • Limited availability due to capped bookings
  • High minimum investment required

Fantastic at keeping us on schedule and informed

We used Clementine Weddings + Events for the last few weeks of coordination and day-of coordination and cannot recommend Lyndsay and her team enough. Taylor was our day-of coordinator and she was fantastic at keeping us on schedule, informed, and managing things in the backend so that we could enjoy our day. We are so glad we had this team as a vendor.

We felt completely at ease throughout the entire process

We are so incredibly grateful to Lyndsay for helping us plan our Scottish destination wedding. Thanks to her, we felt completely at ease throughout the entire process, and the day itself went flawlessly — exactly as we had hoped. Lyndsay’s attention to detail, professionalism, and warm support made all the difference. Our wedding simply wouldn’t have been the same without her, and we are so happy we had her by our side. We highly recommend her to anyone planning their special day!

5. Litu Ltd

litu-ltd

Website:https://www.litu.com/

Address: The Dookit, Bow Butts, Markinch, Fife

Contact: +44 1592 753001 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM

Litu Ltd brings over 20 years of experience and has earned several industry awards. This makes them experts at organising complex events that unfold across multiple locations instead of just one venue.

They take care of everything, from arranging your celebrant and organising transport to helping you find the best wedding videographers so every moment is captured perfectly.

Many international couples also love how the team uses signed legal contracts as standard, especially when they haven’t been to Scotland before booking.

But because the company is a small, owner-led consultancy with one principal at the helm, they can only take on a limited number of big events at a time.

Still, their deep knowledge and well-established local connections make them a dependable choice if you need someone to manage a multi-location celebration.

Pros

  • Over 20 years of local industry experience
  • Multi-award-winning consultancy
  • Manages multi-location celebrations seamlessly
  • Uses signed legal contracts for client reassurance

Cons

  • Small team; limited capacity for simultaneous events

The day was seamless and we could completely relax and enjoy it

Kimmie was the most wonderful help in organising our wedding from start to finish! She made some excellent vendor recommendations including fantastic caterer and florist, helped get suppliers booked and provided an itinerary for the day to keep us, family and suppliers right to make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time! The day was seamless and we could completely relax and enjoy it, knowing Kimmie was in the background coordinating and problem solving so we didn’t have to. Nothing was too much trouble and Kimmie was cheerful and smiley throughout!

I highly highly recommend working with Kimmie for any wedding

Kimmie was absolutely sensational – we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner to put together the perfect day for us. Everything from venue, music, floral, hair/makeup, photo/video suppliers and more were carefully recommended and ultimately selected based on our needs and budget. Her years of experience, industry knowledge, organisation and professionalism throughout the process was exactly what we were looking for, especially as a couple planning a destination wedding in Scotland. I highly highly recommend working with Kimmie for any wedding and event planning needs.
