Pros
- Open daily and until late
- Online booking and payment available
- Therapists are friendly and accommodating
- Provide a comprehensive brief of each massage treatment
- Spa has a relaxing atmosphere
Cons
- Small team
- Doesn’t accept walk-ins
Deserved Massage Glasgow offers a handful of treatments, from traditional deep tissue massages to lymphatic drainage massages. We like their wide selection as it helps address a variety of concerns.
With that said, we appreciate that they provide a comprehensive brief of each massage type. This includes pains it could address, their treatment process, and the difference compared to other massages.
We like that this additional information is readily available so that interested clients know exactly which treatment to avail of.
But if you’re still unsure, we suggest phoning in and speaking to their therapists. They offer a free initial consultation where you can discuss a bit more about your problem areas.
In our experience, they’re incredibly friendly and accommodating, which we think is very inviting. Many of their clients that we’ve spoken to claim to have felt very well taken care of.
As for accessibility, it’s great that they’re open daily and as late as 8 PM. This way, clients can squeeze in a relaxing massage after a long day’s work.
They also have an online booking and payment system, so you can easily schedule your appointments at any time of the day. Unfortunately, they don’t accept walk-ins, so it’s best to take advantage of their convenient booking system.
To make your experience more worthwhile, it’s great that their spa is quite dimly lit, which promotes relaxation and calmness. We think this helps customers feel more at peace while receiving treatment.
We were a tad concerned about their small team, especially since they’re often busy. Hence, this could pose some availability issues.

Pros
- Provides a full range of authentic Thai massages
- Therapists are fully qualified and Thai-trained
- Spa atmosphere is therapeutic
- Treatments are competitively priced
- Open late every day
Cons
- Experiencing staff shortages
- Clients experience booking difficulties due to popularity
What’s great about Leelawadee Thai Massage & Beauty is that, as its name suggests, it provides a full range of authentic Thai massages. With that said, of course, their therapists are also qualified Thailand-trained.
They’re well-known for their effective massages, as many of their past clients claim that their therapists alleviate knots and tension with ease. In our experience, we weren’t disappointed and were met with real Thai-style massages.
It’s also great that they offer a couples’ massage for clients looking to get treatments done together.
As for their prices, we find them incredibly competitive, starting at £30 for their half-hour treatments. So, we don’t think you’ll feel guilty about treating yourself here.
Many of the staff we encountered here were kind and professional at all times, which made us feel at ease from the moment we set foot inside.
Hence, it’s no surprise that many of their clients are regulars here. Through, we suggest booking in advance since it’s quite difficult to secure an appointment given their popularity.
We also appreciate their effort to ensure that even the atmosphere is therapeutic. They have calming decor, aromatherapy, and ambient lighting.
Unfortunately, they are experiencing a staffing shortage at the moment. Hence, this could negatively affect their customers’ experience here.

Pros
- Offer bespoke treatments
- Open until late daily
- Reasonably priced treatments
- Therapists are known to apply consistent firm pressure
- Use high-quality aromatherapy oils for massages
Cons
- Often fully booked
- Irregular business hours
Healing Point is a Thai wellness sanctuary that offers a range of traditional Thai massages. What we love about their treatments is that they use high-quality aromatherapy oils, which promote peace and relaxation.
What we found most unique about Healing Point is that they offer bespoke treatments. Here, massages are personalised according to your specific requirements, which makes them perfect for clients with particular problem areas.
We were also pleasantly surprised that bespoke treatments come at no additional cost. All of their treatments are reasonably priced, starting at £29 for a 30-minute session and costing £89 at most for a 120-minute session.
While it’s great that they’re open until late every day, we found their irregular opening hours a bit confusing. So, we recommend double-checking before setting an appointment.
Unfortunately, they’re often fully booked, sometimes even for weeks at a time, because of how popular they are. So, we highly suggest booking in advance, especially if you have prominent pains you need to address.
On a brighter note, we think that their popularity is well deserved. In our experience, their therapists apply consistent firm pressure, alleviating muscle pains within a few minutes.
We also liked that their therapists were welcoming and professional, even taking the time to briefly discuss problem areas.
4. Aga & Ola Physio & Massage

Pros
- Offer a unique selection of treatments
- Clients can select a therapist upon booking
- Offer massage courses
- Therapists are known to work on specific problem areas that require the most attention
- Open until 8 PM daily
Cons
- A bit more expensive compared to others
- Therapists sometimes focus too much on a single area
What sets Aga & Ola Physio & Massage apart from the other entries on this list is their unique selection of treatments. They offer Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian), Ayurvedic (Abhyanga), and Balinese (Bali) massages, to name a few.
Apart from that, they also offer comprehensive massage courses that teach you how to do these techniques on yourself and others.
However, we did find their rates a tad more expensive compared to others, with their 30-minute massages starting at £39.
On a brighter note, we like that clients can choose which therapist to perform their massages. This is great for those that have already established rapport with a specific therapist.
Speaking of, we’ve heard a tonne of great things about how skilled their therapists are. In our experience, we like that they target and work on specific problem areas that require the most attention.
Though, sometimes they tend to overwork just a single area. If this isn’t to your liking, we highly suggest bringing it up with your therapist, as they’d be more than willing to make any necessary adjustments.
We also like that they’re open until 8 PM daily, which makes them a convenient place to unwind and relax after a long day.
5. Relax

Pros
- Offer a wide array of massage treatment options
- Wide selection of massage durations
- Reasonably priced massages
- Offer rebooking discounts for sessions longer than 40 minutes
- Nearby parking is available
Cons
- Closes a tad earlier on weekends
- Therapists have their own approaches and techniques to massages
Relax has an extensive array of treatment options, from focusing on specific problem areas to full body massages. So, clients have a wide selection to choose from depending on what kind of therapeutic pain relief they’re seeking, from pregnancy to anti-cellulite massages.
We appreciate that they provide a comprehensive description of what each massage is like. We think this helps new clients get a better idea of what sets each treatment apart.
Their Four Hands Treatment stood out to us the most. Here, two therapists will work on giving clients the most relaxing and relieving massage.
Though it’s worth keeping in mind that all of their therapists have individual approaches and techniques when performing their massages. Hence, the pressure and overall experience may differ, which may not be everyone’s cup of tea.
Clients can also opt to have their massages as short or long as they want, from 20-minute to 120-minute sessions. This way, they can opt for whichever best suits their needs.
They’re also quite reasonably priced, in our opinion. A quick 20-minute massage costs £20, while a 120-minute massage costs £90. Apart from that, they also offer £10 discounts once you rebook your next 40-minute or longer session.
While it’s great that they’re open every day, it’s a tad disappointing that they close a bit earlier on weekends. In our opinion, this could be an inconvenience for those looking for a relaxing way to cap off the weekend.
They also have nearby parking, so you won’t have to worry about where you’ll leave your car.

Pros
- Experienced and qualified massage therapist
- Has contacts in in complimentary practices
- Also a qualified pilates instructor
- Prices available
Cons
- Closed on weekends
- Limited massage options compared to other places
Since 2012, Frances McMillan has been qualified in Therapeutic Massage. This was followed by a Diploma in Swedish Massage, a Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage, and a Diploma in Pregnancy Massage.
She integrates anatomy, physiology and remedial techniques into her therapeutic practice and we like this.
We think this integration gives her a broader understanding of the body so she’s able to provide the best and most appropriate approach.
Besides her qualifications, we think her experience in a wide demographic is another notable aspect. Her experiences include working in chiropractic clinics, The Priory Hospital—Eating Disorder Unit, and private practice.
She can help virtually anyone—from those suffering from tense muscles from work/life stress, those recovering from injury, to those recovering from eating disorders, body image issues, trauma symptoms, stress and anxiety.
We like that she also has excellent contacts in complimentary practices like Osteopaths and Psychotherapists, if needed.
Clients can even compliment massage therapy with pilates, and you don’t have to look further because she’s also a qualified instructor.
We appreciate that the prices for services are available. This way anyone who’s interested has an idea of the cost.
Some of us only get breaks on weekends, so we think it’s a bit unfortunate that the place is closed during these days.
Additionally, the range of massage services is less compared to other places.
Despite these minor cons, we think this is an excellent option!

Pros
- Open daily
- Mobile massage services

Cons
Konnect Massage specialises in mobile massage services and we think everyone should give them a try!
The fact that they offer mobile massage services sets them apart but of course this isn’t their only perk.
Besides travelling to their client’s home or office and setting u within minutes, they have a great set of therapists to do the job.
In fact, their therapists are all fully qualified to the highest standard, fully ensured, and of course, are highly experienced.
We know that not everyone might be open to welcoming strangers into their home, so we like how they have their own treatment room in Barrhead, Glasgow as well. There’s no excuse not to give them a try.
They offer a variety of treatments, like Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage.
We think they’re great at what they do because we always leave feeling relaxed and revitalized more than ever.
It’s no wonder they’ve only received 5-star reviews!
