A unique type of retreat, West Coast Wellness is set on a working family farm on the, you guessed it–west coast of Scotland. More precisely, on the banks of Loch Fyne in Evananchan.

To be honest, the scenery is authentically Scottish and provides such a beautifully grounded experience. Now, don’t get me started on the geodesic dome overlooking the loch where the yoga classes are held. That’s what I call truly relaxing and out of this world.

The lochside sauna is also a great opportunity to experience hot or cold therapy if you haven’t already. You can even take a refreshing dip in the loch or a freshwater plunge pool afternoon, which are buckets of fun, if you ask me.

Pro Tip: Mobile signal in the area is poor, which ensures that the digital detox starts as soon as you get there. Kidding aside, you can’t rely on it, making it best to download an offline version of the map to ensure that you can get around even while unplugged and off-grid.
